We take care when preparing every NOVAMail delivery. Because our items are printed and prepared in small batches, we only accept returns for faulty or incorrect items.
Returns and refunds
Return postage
In most cases, we will not ask you to return your NOVAMail. If a return is required, return postage costs are your responsibility.
Lost or delayed international mail
International deliveries may take longer due to customs processing. If your order has not arrived after a reasonable delivery period, please contact me and I will investigate with the postal service. International Orders may take up to 2 weeks to arrive under normal conditions.
