These Terms and Conditions apply to all NOVAMail purchases made through the NOVA website.

1. About us

NOVAMail is a monthly mail club operated by Nayyar Badu, an individual based in the United Kingdom.

2. The subscription

By subscribing to NOVAMail, you are purchasing a recurring monthly subscription.

Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it.

By placing an order, you authorise us to take the subscription payment each month using your selected payment method.

3. Cancellation and changes

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account on our website or by contacting me at astronomynayyar@gmail.com.

Cancellations must be made before the monthly cut-off date in order to apply to the next shipment.

The monthly cut-off date is: 25th of each month.

If you cancel after the cut-off date, you may still be charged for and receive the upcoming month’s delivery.

Once an order for a monthly delivery has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

4. Products

All products are described as accurately as possible.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on the screen you view on.

We may change, update or remove products without notice.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown on our website.

Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider.

We do not store your payment card details.

6. Shipping

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from the United Kingdom.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, postal services and customs processing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities or from mistakes placed during the checkout process.

Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order.

7. International shipping and customs

If you order from outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to customs inspections, import taxes, VAT or handling fees in your country.

You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees charged by your local authorities.

We are unable to control or predict these charges.

8. Returns and refunds

Because subscription items are prepared and printed in small batches, I currently don't offer returns or refunds. If there is any issue, please contact me at astronomynayyar@gmail.com.

9. Lost or missing deliveries

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us.

We will investigate with the postal service and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

10. Intellectual property

All artwork, photographs, designs and written content supplied as part of the subscription remain the intellectual property of NOVA

You may not reproduce, distribute or sell any part of the content without our written permission.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or losses caused by postal services or customs authorities.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order when placed.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
